How much do we charge?

We don’t, we get paid based of the value we can save you on each project. Each project varies.

Do you fully manage the project?

Yes, from bid procurement if needed to final payment and everything in-between.

Payments:

Once the project has been accepted, we require a 50% deposit to help furnish materials and the remaining 50% is due upon completion.
